Commitment to Accessibility

Nashville is committed to providing an accessible experience for all visitors during Super Bowl LXIV. This guide covers wheelchair accessibility, service animal policies, sensory accommodations, and resources for visitors with disabilities. We work with local partners to ensure that game week events, venues, and transportation meet or exceed ADA requirements.

Service Animals

Under ADA, service animals (dogs and miniature horses) are permitted in all public venues, restaurants, and transportation. Businesses may ask two questions: 1) Is this a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What task has the dog been trained to perform? Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and comfort animals are NOT service animals under ADA and may be denied entry to venues.
