Wheelchair Access • Service Animals • Sensory Rooms • ADA Resources
Nashville is committed to providing an accessible experience for all visitors during Super Bowl LXIV. This guide covers wheelchair accessibility, service animal policies, sensory accommodations, and resources for visitors with disabilities. We work with local partners to ensure that game week events, venues, and transportation meet or exceed ADA requirements.
The new Nissan Stadium will feature: accessible seating in all price tiers with companion seating. Accessible restrooms on all levels. Wheelchair-accessible concession stands and merchandise locations. Assistive listening devices available at Guest Services. Service animals permitted (emotional support animals are NOT service animals under ADA). Sensory rooms for fans with sensory processing needs. Accessible parking in designated areas with advance reservation.
Broadway: Most venues have ground-floor accessible entry. Sidewalks are ADA-compliant on main streets. Pedestrian Bridge: wheelchair accessible, moderate grade. The Gulch: flat terrain, accessible sidewalks and crosswalks. Germantown: mixed — some historic areas have uneven sidewalks.
WeGo buses: all buses are wheelchair-accessible with ramps/lifts. Rideshare: Uber WAV and Lyft Access for wheelchair-accessible vehicles (limited supply during game week — book in advance). Rental companies: accessible vehicle rentals available with advance notice from major agencies at BNA.
Under ADA, service animals (dogs and miniature horses) are permitted in all public venues, restaurants, and transportation. Businesses may ask two questions: 1) Is this a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What task has the dog been trained to perform? Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and comfort animals are NOT service animals under ADA and may be denied entry to venues.
